Wi-Fi shows but no internet
- Confirm the SIM is fully inserted and the router is activated
- Power-cycle the router (turn off for 30s, then on)
- Check data status in the router dashboard
Signal is weak in some rooms
Place the router near a window, higher position, away from metal objects. Consider a Wi-Fi extender / mesh (we can supply).
Router lights keep blinking
Wait 2–3 minutes after powering on. If it continues, reset once using the rear reset pin and try again, or chat on WhatsApp.
