We’re an authorised sales partner that helps customers order du services quickly (home internet, TV bundles,Business mobile & business connectivity). We guide you on plans, collect your documents securely, and arrange activation with du. du (Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company) is one of the UAE’s two national telecom operators.
How do I apply for a corporate plan? What documents are needed?
You’ll need your company’s trade licence, authorised signatory IDs, and proof of address. We’ll guide you through the submission process once you fill in the enquiry form.
What documents do I need to Sign up?
Usually just your Emirates ID (front & back). For business services, add a Trade Licence and an Authorised Signatory’s ID. We’ll confirm any extras during order submission.
Who can sign up for a du home internet plan?
UAE residents aged 21+ with a valid Emirates ID, a UAE mobile number, and an address within du coverage. (We’ll check 5G/Fibre availability for your exact location before we process your order.)
What business (corporate) internet options are available?
du provides dedicated and shared internet, static IPs, managed Wi-Fi and more under du Business, with newer portfolios like du Tech and du Infra for end-to-end solutions. We’ll scope your office/location and tailor an offer.
What speeds do you offer?
du offers multiple speed tiers for home internet and tailored bandwidth for business. Available speeds depend on your address and plan—tell us your location and we’ll quote exact options.
What’s the difference between Fibre and 5G Home Wireless?
Fibre gives the most consistent speeds/latency if your building is fibre-ready.
5G Home Wireless is plug-and-play over du’s 5G network—great when you need fast installation or your building isn’t fibre-ready. We’ll recommend the best option after a quick coverage check.
Is there an installation fee or deposit?
du often runs free installation / no-deposit online promos for eligible plans; exact fees depend on the current offer and your address. We’ll confirm any charges before you proceed.
Do you have TV bundles or add-ons?
Yes—du home internet can be bundled with TV packages (add-ons like OSN+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV 4K, Movies on Demand, etc.). We’ll show you the current channel packs and promos for your address.
What corporate / office internet plans are available?
We offer business-class WiFi / broadband plans starting from AED 249/month (subject to location and package).
These plans are designed for reliability, speed, and office usage.
How long does installation take?
Home Wireless (5G) can be same-day or next-day once your order’s approved; fibre installs depend on building readiness and appointment slots. We’ll book the earliest available date with du.
